Each year, the previous year's monthly rent is multiplied by 1 + the yearly increase. KSH annual average consumer price change: 2022: 14.5%, 2023: 17.6%, 2024: 3.7%, 2025: 4.4%. Future inflation is unknown, so a multi-year projection is only an estimate.
Doesn't determine whether an increase is allowed by the contract or the Civil Code; the lease's indexation clause decides that.
